In its sixth year, the DACHSER Asia Pacific Management Trainee program has proven to be a valuable pipeline to hone future leaders. Rooted in DACHSER's six values of entrepreneurship and the courage to innovate, inclusive responsibility, sustainability, loyalty and commitment, integrity and honesty, as well as openness and respect, the program is designed to empower young talent with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to excel in the logistics industry.
Well-structured program building excellence
The initiative offers a structured curriculum that combines training, hands-on experience, and exposure to various departments within the Asia Pacific organization. This ensures trainees acquire a well-rounded understanding of air and sea logistics operations, business development, supply chain management, tender management and more.

DACHSER stays on course and expands its global network
After the economic boom in logistics resulting from the coronavirus pandemic and worldwide disruption to supply chains, normalcy returned to the industry in 2023. DACHSER was among those whose financial year was marked by weak demand for logistics services in the face of significant overcapacity and a sharp decline in air and sea freight rates.
DACHSER expands charter activities to include LATAM
In June and July, DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics organized eight flights from Hong Kong to Mexico via Canada. The new charter service offers customers additional, reliable capacity and is supposed to be continued in August.

The award was presented in the 3rd edition of PHARMACONNECT awards organized by CargoConnect, one of the leading Indian magazines in the logistics industry, on January 16 in Mumbai.
Recently, DACHSER Bangladesh shipped four buses, each weighing 13.5 tonnes, using an efficient Ro/Ro (Roll on / Roll off) mode of transportation. This solution was not only cost effective but also ensured that the buses were transported safely from Indonesia and arrived on time at their destination in Bangladesh.
